Privacy Policy

When you submit a form or the project quiz on this site, we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, the city or ZIP code of the property, and whatever you tell us about the work. We also record which page the form was sent from.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, social security numbers, or any government identification through this website.

Only to respond to your request: to call or text you back, to prepare an estimate, and to schedule a walkthrough. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.

Your enquiry reaches us and the crew who will do the work. Three outside services handle it along the way: the booking tool that holds appointment slots, the phone provider that carries your call or text, and Google, which is told only that an enquiry happened and never who you are. None of them may use your details for their own purposes.

This site uses the Google Ads tag. When you arrive from a Google ad, Google sets a cookie so that a later form submission or phone tap can be attributed to that ad. This tells us which ads bring real enquiries. It does not tell us who you are.

We also run a visit counter called PostHog. It records which pages are opened, when the phone number is tapped and when a form is sent. It sets its own cookie so that repeat visits from the same browser are counted once, but it does not record your screen and does not know your name.

You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, and you can control the ads you see at myadcenter.google.com. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use this site or contact us.

Calls to our number may be answered by an assistant and are handled to schedule and quote work. If you contact us by phone or text, we keep your number so we can call you back about your project.

When you give us your number you are asking us to get back to you, so we may call or text you about that project. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing blasts, we do not pass your number to anyone else for marketing, and if you tell us to stop contacting you we stop.

Enquiry details are kept while we are in touch with you about the work and for our own records afterwards. If you would like your information removed, write to us and we will delete it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we honor the same requests from anyone who asks.

This site is for homeowners arranging work on a property. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.

When what we do changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. Anything that matters to you – a new tracking tool, a new use for your details – will be written here in plain words.
