Kitchens take longer than they should for one reason more than any other: the room gets torn out before anyone has ordered the cabinets. Then it sits empty for six weeks waiting on a delivery truck. We lock selections and order cabinetry before demolition starts, so the gutted phase is as short as it can be.
After that it is a sequence, and we run it with one crew. Demo, rough plumbing and electrical to the new layout, inspection, drywall and paint, cabinets, templating and installing the counters, backsplash, fixtures and appliances. You get the week each phase happens before the job starts, and one person to call when something changes.
Cabinetry is usually 35–40% of the budget, so that is where we spend the most time with you. Semi-custom lines cover most kitchens well; full custom makes sense for odd dimensions or where the cabinets are the architecture of the room. We price both so the decision is yours, made on real numbers.

2How it runs
Our kitchen remodel process
Design and fixed quote
We measure, talk through how you cook and use the room, and produce a layout with a line-item price. Selections are locked and cabinets ordered before demo so the budget does not drift.
Demolition and rough-in
Everything out, then plumbing and electrical roughed to the new layout. Anything we find behind the walls is photographed and priced before we go further.
Cabinets, counters and backsplash
Walls closed and painted, cabinets installed and leveled, counters templated and set, backsplash tiled. Fixtures, lighting and appliances are connected last.
Punch list and handover
We walk the kitchen with you and write down everything, however small. Nothing is called finished until that list is empty and you have signed it off.
“Eight weeks, one point of contact, and a written schedule I could actually plan around. The cabinets were ordered before demo so we never sat looking at a gutted kitchen waiting on a truck.”
