We cover Los Angeles County, Orange County and Thousand Oaks in Ventura County – the San Fernando Valley, the Westside, the San Gabriel Valley, the South Bay and Long Beach, the coast from Seal Beach to Dana Point, and the cities around Irvine and Anaheim. Housing stock changes a lot across that spread – a Pasadena Craftsman, a Calabasas tract home and an Irvine village house need completely different approaches, and we quote them differently.
