Bathrooms are where remodels go wrong, because a small room has to take four trades in exactly the right order. Miss the sequence and you get a tiler waiting on a plumber who is waiting on an inspector, and a two-week job turns into two months with no working shower.

We run every bathroom with one crew and one schedule. Demo, rough plumbing and electrical, inspection where it is needed, waterproofing, tile, vanity and fixtures, glass, paint. You know which days each phase happens, and you have one person to call when something changes.

Where we spend the most attention is waterproofing, because it is the part you will never see and the only part that can quietly ruin the room. Every shower gets a proper membrane and a 24-hour flood test before a single tile goes on. That test is not optional on our jobs, and we show you the result.

2How it runs

Our bathroom remodel process

  1. Step 1 / 4

    Design and fixed quote

We measure, talk through how you use the room, and produce a layout with a line-item price. Tile, vanity and fixtures are chosen before demo so the budget does not drift mid-project.

  2. Step 2 / 4

    Demolition and rough-in

Everything out to the studs, then plumbing and electrical roughed to the new layout. This is when surprises behind walls show up, and we photograph and price anything we find before going further.

  3. Step 3 / 4

    Waterproof, flood test and tile

Membrane on the shower walls and pan, 24 hours of standing water to prove it holds, then tile. Vanity, toilet, fixtures, lighting and glass follow.

  4. Step 4 / 4

    Punch list and handover

We walk the room with you and write down everything, however small. Nothing is called finished until that list is empty and you have signed it off.

“They found rot under the old shower pan on day one, photographed it, priced the repair and asked before doing anything. That is the whole reason I trusted them with the rest of the job.”
